Terms & Conditions — wlnpkr Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "wlnpkr", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the wlnpkr platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities operating under the international gaming license applicable to this platform.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on wlnpkr, accesses the platform, or uses any of its services.
• "Platform" — refers to the wlnpkr website at wlnpkr.bio, its mobile interface, any associated applications, and all services delivered through these channels.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player profile created upon successful completion of the wlnpkr registration process.
• "Balance" — refers to real-money funds held in a player's wlnpkr account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits issued by wlnpkr that are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed on a casino game, sports market, or other gambling event available on the wlnpkr platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — refers to the identity and age verification process required by wlnpkr before processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — refers to any action outlined in Section 10 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the wlnpkr platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all aspects of your use of wlnpkr, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino play, slots, instant games, bonus participation, and all financial transactions.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside wlnpkr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and wlnpkr. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

wlnpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Access to wlnpkr is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wlnpkr enforces this age restriction rigorously and will request documentation to verify age at any point during a player's lifecycle on the platform.
• You are registering voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from wlnpkr or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had a wlnpkr account closed or suspended for rule violations.
• Participation in online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your place of residence. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the wlnpkr platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. wlnpkr uses automated detection systems alongside manual review processes to identify multiple accounts linked by device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wlnpkr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes linked to your account. wlnpkr will never ask you to share your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify wlnpkr support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, that an unauthorised person has accessed your account, or that any suspicious transaction has been made from your account. wlnpkr will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to the notification being received and acted upon.

• Do not share your wlnpkr login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other service or website.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings — this is strongly recommended for all players.
• Log out of the platform after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Do not access wlnpkr using public Wi-Fi without a trusted VPN connection.

wlnpkr reserves the right to lock an account and request identity verification if unusual login patterns or transaction activity are detected. This is done in the interest of player protection and does not constitute any breach of the agreement between wlnpkr and the player.

5 Deposits & Payments

wlnpkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT. All balances are held and displayed in PKR. wlnpkr does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR deposits.

All funds deposited into a wlnpkr account must originate from a payment source that belongs to the account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using payment accounts that do not belong to you, or using funds obtained through illegal means are all strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer timings may vary depending on the processing schedule of your bank.
• wlnpkr does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which wlnpkr accepts no responsibility.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect deposit amount being credited, wlnpkr reserves the right to correct the balance. Any winnings generated from erroneously credited funds may be voided.

6 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Withdrawal of funds from your wlnpkr account is subject to the successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. wlnpkr is obligated under its international gaming license to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of all players prior to releasing withdrawals.

KYC documentation typically required includes:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of JazzCash/EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number, or bank statement).

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. wlnpkr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other individuals, or payment methods not previously used on the platform.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes outlined on the cashier page, subject to KYC clearance.
• wlnpkr may request additional documentation at any time as part of enhanced due diligence procedures.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page. These limits may be adjusted for VIP players.
• Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity will have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending investigation. wlnpkr will communicate the reason for any hold to the affected player via their registered email address.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

wlnpkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus terms that apply across all wlnpkr promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are listed on the promotion terms page.
• wlnpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic exploitation — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the wlnpkr platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, as published on the sportsbook pages. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable rules and accept them.

• Bets are accepted and binding once the system has confirmed your wager and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation unless the specific market rules provide for a cashout or cancellation option.
• In the event of a cricket match, PSL fixture, or other sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, wlnpkr will settle affected bets in accordance with the specific market rules. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets are subject to delay and are accepted at the discretion of wlnpkr's trading systems. The platform reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• wlnpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed using odds that were published in error or that deviated materially from true market odds due to a technical error.
• Maximum win limits apply per event and per account. These limits are displayed on the relevant market pages.
• Any bet placed on an outcome in which the player has a direct or indirect personal interest (match-fixing, insider information) is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.

9 Casino Games & Random Number Generation

All casino games available on the wlnpkr platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant win products — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is conducted by independent, accredited testing laboratories as required under the platform's international gaming license.

wlnpkr does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table games are determined by the game provider's certified mathematics and are available upon request from wlnpkr support.

• Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed on-screen at the relevant table. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the hand or round will be settled according to the outcome generated, and the result will be recorded in your game history.
• In the unlikely event of a game malfunction or software error, wlnpkr reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the player's account balance. No further claim may be made in respect of a voided game round.
• Winnings generated during a session in which a software or hardware fault affected game integrity may be withheld pending investigation.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the wlnpkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or bonus terms.
• Participating in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using the wlnpkr platform for commercial or business purposes rather than personal entertainment.
• Making abusive, threatening, or harassing communications to wlnpkr staff or other players.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the wlnpkr platform — including but not limited to the wlnpkr brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data feeds, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wlnpkr or its licensors and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wlnpkr platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any wlnpkr content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any wlnpkr software.
• Create derivative works based on wlnpkr content or branding.
• Use the wlnpkr name, logo, or any associated marks in any promotional or commercial material without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of wlnpkr intellectual property will be pursued vigorously through all available legal remedies.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wlnpkr and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial losses.

wlnpkr makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted by law, wlnpkr's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Responsible Gaming Obligations

wlnpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from the account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the wlnpkr platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

wlnpkr strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. We deploy age verification measures at registration and reserve the right to request age confirmation documents at any time. 14 Account Termination & Closure

You may close your wlnpkr account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of pending bonus requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC checks.

wlnpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Registration of multiple accounts.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10.
• At the request of a regulatory, law enforcement, or governmental authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, wlnpkr reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. wlnpkr will communicate the reason for closure to the player where permitted to do so by law and its licensing obligations.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under wlnpkr's international gaming license jurisdiction. By using the platform, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact wlnpkr's support team and allow a reasonable period of time — not less than 30 days — for the dispute to be resolved informally. wlnpkr is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under wlnpkr's licensing agreement. Details of the applicable dispute resolution procedure are available on request from wlnpkr support.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.

wlnpkr treats all player communications with confidentiality and professionalism. Players will not be disadvantaged in any way as a result of raising a genuine complaint.
